
Sarah Hindle
Sarah Hindle is a warm and genuine Clinical Psychologist, located in Leichhardt in Sydney's inner-west. She understands the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship for achieving a good outcome in therapy, and works with her clients to create a safe space from which to explore issues. Sarah works collaboratively with her clients on their goals with a strengths-based and compassionate approach.
Techniques are drawn from modalities including Solution-Focussed Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing and Schema Therapy (ST). Interventions are grounded within neuroscientific frameworks, including Attachment Theory, Interpersonal Neurobiology and Polyvagal Theory.
